HOB Agency Application to Receive Books from Hooked on Books
Please complete this form if you are interested in receiving books from Reach Out and Read Kansas City's Hooked on Books Book Drive. Nonprofit organizations and schools serving at-risk children and families are eligible to receive books. Books will be distributed in late March and Reach Out and Read Kansas City will do their best to provide you with the books requested but quantities and titles are dependent upon the donation received.
